Corporate governance policy

The corporate governance policy is designed to ensure the best corporate governance practices in the EPSO-G group of companies by defining:

• corporate management principles applicable to the entire group;
• the group’s corporate management documentation system;
• interaction  between EPSO-G as a parent company and other companies of the group.
