Governance
Remuneration

The remuneration and nomination committee monitors that the remuneration policy complies with the principles of good governance, which ensure control of payroll costs and appropriately incentivize employees performing their duties.
Financial incentives for the "EPSO-G" manager, like for other company employees, may be awarded at the employer's initiative and discretion. It is awarded only if the company's annual targets are achieved by at least 80%, or if the "EPSO-G" board decides to apply a lower threshold after assessing objective and justified circumstances.
The decision on financial incentives for the manager is made by the "EPSO-G" board, taking into account the manager's performance results related to the implementation of the "EPSO-G" strategy, adherence to values, and evaluation of operational quality.
