Why new energy?
In which the new energy opens the way to a sustainable and energy-independent future for Lithuania.

Lithuania, historically dependent on energy resource imports, is determined to become a sustainable and energy-independent state. By developing a reliable and climate-neutral energy system and a high value-added industry in Lithuania, we aim to create conditions for exporting green energy and its products.
To achieve Lithuania's vision, it is essential to expand and modernize the existing energy transmission infrastructure, system management, and energy exchange models. Leadership, responsibility for energy transformation, and competence will help overcome challenges.
We focus on the reliability and flexibility of our managed systems to take advantage of emerging opportunities. We are open to strategic partnerships and intersectoral integration to strengthen the capital base, leverage synergies, and successfully implement the renewed strategy.
